If you are really ready for a series A, you don't need Express Ventures.

 

In fact, many entrepreneurs (99%) who believe that they are ready for a series A, find out the hard way that they are not really ready.  The bar for an institutional investment of $5,000,000 or more is pretty high.  You will be judged on many factors, including your team, product, market, IP, customer traction, and more.
