Express Ventures has good relationships with the local organized angel groups, and some excellent local individual angels.  Tech Coast Angels and Keiretsu both have well run local chapters.

 

 

Many of our portfolio companies started initially with angel or "friends and family" money before coming to Express.  This is no problem for Express, as we recognize that many deals need to make some significant progress before we get interested.

 

Some of our portfolio have been referred to us by the angel groups, and we have referred many deals to the angel groups directly.
